1 Tip for Introverts & Empaths

The one tip I have been sharing for empaths, introverts, and anyone who feels like ‘tooting their own horn’ is awkward and not something they were trained or raised to do: Shift your perspective.

Instead of it being about your accomplishments – which puts you on a stage ready to perform and be judged – shift into sharing how you help others so it is about that act of service that others find useful.

I have been talking about this for yearsbut last week one leader – and fellow introvert – called it ‘life-changing,’ so, clearly, I wanted to share that with you here.
