I recognize that when faced with unsettling change in experience, as I noticed when zip lining and snorkeling for the first time, I panic a bit before I lean in and enjoy the journey. Noting that has made all the difference in how I view my reactions in life. It’s how I identify I am in the midst of change.

How do you handle change?

There is a difference between surrender and collapse as I have been told by a woman I sat with you wanted to know God. To surrender is more of a willing submission. It is a choice. To collapse is more of a loss of resistance.

How do you respond to the changing seaon of life?

How do you want to respond to the changing season in your environment or in your life?
